About Me

With a strong educational background that includes a Doctorate of Education from Liberty University, a Master in Leadership from Western Governors University, and a Master in Teaching from St. Peter’s University, I have dedicated the past 17 years of my life to the field of education. My journey began as an elementary school teacher and later as a bilingual teacher, where I honed my skills in fostering a love for learning in young minds.

Throughout my career, I’ve embraced various roles that have shaped my leadership abilities, including serving as an instructional coach, vice principal, and currently as the Director of Preschool Education. My experiences have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of educational strategies and the importance of creating nurturing environments for students.

In addition to my work in education, I am the proud author of the book “The New Leaders Guide to Early Childhood Settings: Making an Impact in PK-3.” This publication reflects my passion for guiding and supporting fellow educators in making a positive impact on the early childhood education landscape.

My journey is driven by a commitment to educational excellence and a desire to inspire and empower both educators and young learners. I look forward to continuing to make a difference in the field and contributing to the growth and development of the next generation.
